Software Download Terms

Last updated

Draft. This document is pending review by BlazeBox INC and its legal counsel and may change before publication.

These terms apply when you download software from ravuzo.com or downloads.ravuzo.com. Software may also come with its own license or end-user terms, which apply in addition to these.

License

BlazeBox INC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use downloaded software for its intended purpose. You may not sell, redistribute, modify or reverse engineer the software except where the law expressly allows it.

Official sources and verification

Download software only from the official RAVUZO download pages. Each release lists a SHA-256 checksum. If the checksum of your file does not match, do not install it.

Pre-release software

Software in the Testing or Beta channel, or labeled Internal Testing, is pre-release. It may contain defects, may change without notice and may not be suitable for critical use.

Updates

Newer versions are published on the Downloads page. Installing an update over an existing installation is intended to preserve your data, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups.

Disclaimer and liability

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and to the extent permitted by law BlazeBox INC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use.

Export

You agree to comply with applicable United States export control and sanctions laws when downloading and using the software.
